Donna Biddulph - "We have had problems with our laptop twice in the past 6 months,on both occasions we rang Exeter Computers who contacted us within an hour. He talked me through what was happening with my laptop and asked if I had tried certain things. On both occasions we had a house visit, the technician arrived both times when he said he would and was very polite and friendly. Whilst trying to fix the problems the technician explained what he was doing in laymen terms so that we could understand as neither of us are computer literate. The technician fixed both problems within an hour and also put in recovery points for if the problem occurred again. Both myself and my husband would happily use Exeter Computers again for all computer problems as we felt very confident in the technicians abilities and comfortable with him being in our home which means a lot to us with a baby.
